How much does a detail cost?
My services start from as low as $70 for the Basic wash and the Standard Interior Detail, but work their way up to $120 for the Interior Revival & Reconditioning detail. Do note all services that include an Interior Detail are subject to upcharge based on if the vehicle is excessively dirty, this will be agreed on with the customer prior to the detail itself to ensure full transparency.

How long will my detail take?
Interior services usually take an hour to an hour and a half, and exterior services usually take an hour to complete. I don't rush and skip steps, this is to ensure quality and consistency my clients expect.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently I take Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal, Cash, and Checks.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
No charge for cancellation, at ELD Mobile Detailing we understand stuff happens in life that we can't control sometimes so there Is not penalty for canceling or rescheduling. I do ask though, if you have prior knowledge please contact us immediately!.

Where do you travel?
I serve mostly  Seminole County, including Winter Springs, Oviedo, Casselberry, Lake Mary, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, sanford, but I also can serve some Orange County Cities.

Do I need to be home during the service?
I would perfer for the client to be home for a before and after Inspection of the vehicle, however I understand If you can't be home, and we could definitely make it work over the phone.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Yes, I do need a water hookup and an power outlet. I am not 100% mobile.

What happens if it rains?
If there is not any cover or another time that same day where we're both available, we can 100% reschedule the detail, no chage at all of course.

What's the difference between Full Detail and Full Detail+?
Full Detail is a complete exterior and interior refresh, combining the Contact Wash & Wax with the Standard Interior Detail. Full Detail+ steps it up with the Interior Revival & Conditioning Detail and the Paint Decontamination & Sealant for deeper cleaning and longer-lasting protection.

What's the difference between wax and ceramic sealant?
Carnauba wax adds gloss and water-shedding protection that lasts about 4-6 weeks. A ceramic sealant forms a semi-permanent protective layer that gives more gloss, slicker water beading, and protection lasting around 3 months.

What is a clay treatment, and do I need it?
Over time, bonded contaminants like rail dust, overspray, and industrial fallout embed in your paint. You can't see them, but you can feel them as roughness. A clay bar removes them for glass-smooth paint, which also helps a sealant bond and last longer. It's included in the Paint Decontamination & Sealant service.

Will detailing remove scratches or swirl marks?
My washing methods are designed to prevent new swirls, but existing scratches and swirls aren't removed by the services listed here. 

Can you remove stains, pet hair, and odors?
Yes. Spot stain removal, complete pet hair removal, and odor elimination are all included in the Interior Revival & Conditioning Detail. Major or fully set-in stains may need specialized restoration and aren't guaranteed to come out completely.

Why might there be additional charges?
Pricing assumes a typical vehicle condition. Heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, or severe stains can take extra time. Text me photos or a video of your vehicle and I'll give you an accurate quote upfront, so there are no surprises.

What products do you use?
I use pH-neutral shampoo, ammonia-free glass cleaner, water-based tire dressing, and UV-resistant interior protectants, all chosen to be safe on your vehicle's surfaces.

How should I prepare my vehicle?
Remove personal belongings, trash, and loose items from the cabin, and let me know about any problem areas ahead of time.

How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
A full detail every 3-6 months works well for most drivers, with regular maintenance washes in between. Vehicles with pets, kids, or heavy use may benefit from more frequent interior service.

How do I keep my car looking good between details?
Hand wash with a pH-neutral soap, use clean microfiber towels, and avoid automatic car washes with brushes, which can cause swirl marks.

What if I'm not happy with the results?
If you are REASONABLY not happy with the results I will comeback and redo the whole service for free.
